Key responsibility:
Candidate will be responsible for identification of market based businessopportunities and translating them into products/services as key to the value generation in the business, as well as leading the design and implementation of allthe marketing strategies to achieve the business goals for all products.
Requirement:
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience, 4 years of which should be in management position.
• Direct experience in Marketing & Product development, and preferably also in Sales and commercial functions.
• Preferably, experience in Marketing for Banking or in financial sector
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related area of study.
• Experience in commercial strategic planning and budgeting
• Master concepts, processes and tools of marketing planning and Marketing implementation.
• Experience in communications, advertising and if possible PR.
• Knowledge of low income market
• Knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise market
b) Product Analyst
Key responsibility:
Candidate will be responsible for competitive analysis, customer analysis, market analysis, development of sales tools, research for product development and technical product support.
Requirement:
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience
• Hands on experience in marketing and/or sales field
• Preferably, experience in Marketing for Banking or in financial sector
• Knowledge of the microfinance business model and methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics or related area
