Accountable to the Country Director for the management and delivery of information, correspondence, and organizational procedures related to the agenda and work of the Country
Director and Oxfam's senior management.

Country Director and Country Leadership Team, to effectively respond to constantly changing demands.

OXFAM PURPOSE:
To work with others to find lasting solutions to poverty and suffering.
JOB PURPOSE:
The mission of the Programme Assistant will be to support, in general the implementation of Oxfam Nigeria Resilience, Advocacy and campaign programmes and manage resources and processes in support of the Nigeria programme.
Job Responsibilities
Support timely and accurate donor reporting, both narrative and financial in line with Oxfam’s monitoring system.
· Maintain donor reporting systems and ensure that assigned projects remain compliant with donor contracts.
