JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
.The applicant must have Completed Secondary School and vocational training in catering in order to be relevant for this job at US Embassy.
The applicant must be experienced in the hospitality industry as a caterer, cook, or assistant.
The applicant must have thorough Knowledge of food preparation in local and continental dishes.
The applicant must be able to read and speak English.
THE DUTIES OF THE STEWARD/ASSISTANT COOK:
Employee reports to the Head Cook and serves as the Assistant Cook at the DCR. Responsibilities are as follows:
.He/she will be the one to Clean the kitchen area and maintain all kitchen appliances at all times.
.He/she will Serve drinks and hors d’oeuvres at receptions.
