We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Accountant
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
Maintain an up to date record of all Receivables and Payables from MNOs, Clients and Vendors.
Responsible for the preparing and maintaining all Company’s financial reports.
Role and Responsibilities
Operations and Management:
Prepare and Reconcile Logs and Invoices with the MNOs.
Maintain all statutory payments and receipts including WHT, Revenue Payments, Access fees etc.
Prepare and Issue invoices to MNOs, Clients etc.
Prepare and submit revenue reports to Clients, Content Providers etc.
Prepare the Company’s Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports including Budget, Sales Report, Bank Transactions, Financial Statements, etc.
Collaborate and communicate with other functional teams to meet client’s needs and operational efficiency within the Company.
Keep abreast of new developments and trends of Government regulations and requirements in the Accounting field.
Analyze and recommend financial options and actions to Management.
Prepare the Company’s monthly budget including salary budget, monthly purchases etc.
Disburse petty cash as needed keeping records of all expenses.
Comply and maintain all federal, state and local government financial requirements including Tax Clearance, NSITF, Pension, ITF etc.
Liaise with the Company’s Auditors to maintain an up to date yearly Audited Accounts and Tax Clearance.
Document and file all processes relating to the role.
Maintain and file both soft and hard copy of all accounting coupons, vouchers etc.
Perform other assigned duties as delegated by management from time to time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of 3 years working experience preferably within the VAS, Telecommunication or ICT industry
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Chartered Accountant preferable

Job Title: Network analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description:
The job holder is expected to work with the Head of Technology Services in consulting with users while evaluating various requirements which feeds into design recommendation, project planning and installation of data networks. She/he is expected to make recommendations for network maintenance and enhancement with the aim of ensuring uptime of all systems in line with any SLAs.
Job Dimensions
Expertise
• Consult with user and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, provide cost analyses, plan projects and coordinate tasks for installation of data networks.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks
• Plan, test recommend, and implement network file server mainframe and workstation hardware and software
• Provide network documentation, training and guidance to computing system clients and programmers
• Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies
• Troubleshoot and resolve network production problems
• Conduct technical research on network upgrades and components to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current system
• Recommend network solutions for short , medium and long range network projects
• Install, configure and maintain network components
• Determine plan layout for new hardware or modification to existing layout
• Install, upgrade and configure network printing directory structures, users access security, software and file services
• Establish User profiles, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed
• Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as system to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
• Work with vendors to resolve complex network problems
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
• Document Network problems and resolution for future references
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource
