Job description
EGINA is a deep offshore oil and gasproject in Nigeria , located 150Km from the coast .
Development in 1500 m water depth includes a moored FPSO ,an offloading calm buoy , production loops and injection lines .
Gas is exported via a pipe line.

ACTIVITIES
The job holder is responsible for monitoring stock inventory for Drilling and Field Operations materials:
*Perform regular and rotating stock inventory in coordination with TEPNG warehouse personnel
*At this occasion, follow materials storage conditions, certification and documentation, in coordination with technical representatives
*Initiate and follow actions when inspection, repair or storage bin movements are necessary
*Perform periodical stock inventory of materials stored at contractors facilities, issue reports and follow subsequent actions in coordination with Drilling or Field Operations representatives
*Follow materials delivery including boxes and containers, in order to facilitate identification and speed up reception process
*More generally, interface coordination with TEPNG Warehouse and Reception areas and teams
*Prepare stock inventory reports related to his activity
*Participate to internal and external audits as requested by his hierarchy, and bring assistance for tracking materials, searching related documentation and initiate regularisations
*Responsible for the promotion of Company safety, environment and quality policies and programs, and carry out HSE specific duties and responsibilities related to the job.

BSc class of grade 2.1 minimum.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry with knowledge of Drilling and Maintenance materials

*Propose, pre-qualify and recommend suitable suppliers for bid lists to maximise tendering efficiency
*Draft appropriate contractual and commercial terms and conditions to best serve and protect the Company?s interests
*Compile and issue tender packages to procure the most realistic and commercially attractive proposals from potential suppliers
*Review bids, participate in the clarifications and conduct the commercial negotiations
*Review and consider the legal aspects associated with buying, and provide advice to clients as appropriate
*Finalise and issue Purchase Orders
*Follow-up the delivery of goods with the selected suppliers
*Provide feedback on a regular basis to the requesters on the progress of the orders.
