Job Description
The support team at InfoWARE Nigeria Limited is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for absolutely and only the best people out there. The candidate will be responsible for

• Providing high-quality technical support for the InfoWARE software solutions across Nigeria
• Working on other programming and documentation projects as required.
• Deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Participation in providing training to customers as required
• Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes
• File enhancement requests and work with product management / product marketing to understand requested product enhancements
• Prioritize both time and projects, working independently
• Listen, comprehend and communicate on the fly

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum of 2nd Class degree
• Good skills using Windows operating systems
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Highly self-motivated and independent
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems with ability to think "out-of-the-box” and develop creative solutions.
• For Business support/consultants, a related degree in Finance or accounting is preferred
• For Technical support, a related degree in computer science or Engineering is preferred and a Knowledge of SQL programming is an advantage
