JOB TITLE: RESIDENT MANAGER (OWERRI):
Reporting to the Head, Operations and Services Management
The ideal candidate shall not be more than 40 years as at the last birthday and should possess the following qualifications:
Degree in Architecture, Building or Civil Engineering and proficiency in Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
Possession of post-graduate degrees in Construction Management/Project Management and membership of relevant professional association
Must have at least five years post NYSC experience.

Degree in Architecture, Building or Civil Engineering and 3 years post NYSC experience is necessary to secure this job in nigeria
Proficiency in the use of Auto CAD is mandatory in order to secure this job in nigeria
Possess of professional certificates such as MNIA, MNIOB or MNSE will be an added advantage
Reporting to the SITE MANAGER
The ideal candidates shall not be more than 35 years as at the last birthday and should possess the following qualifications:

Reporting to the SITE MANAGER and HEAD, SALES & Marketing:
The ideal candidate shall not be more than 30 years as the last birthday. He/she shall conduct sales presentations for prospective customers
Degree/HND in Estate Management or Marketing, the right candidate MUST also have held a similar position in a Property Development Company.
