Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading international Oil & Gas servicing firm, which provides services to major E&P’s in Nigeria to look for two experienced HR Personnel Managers for their operations in various operational regions in Nigeria.

Job description

The HR Personnel Manager is responsible for the overall management of Personnel services and programs within their assigned area of responsibility. He /she is also responsible for the implementation of policies and standards, employee training and development, compensation and benefits strategies and employee motivation.

He/she is responsible for monitoring the development and retention of all employees within their area of responsibility.
As a member of the management team, the HR Personnel Manager will play a key role in the motivation and wellbeing of all employees within their area of responsibility. He or she will also relate closely with other personnel managers and line managers.

Both positions are based in Nigeria (Lagos & Port Harcourt)
