Job Qualification : B.Sc or HND in Quantity Survey

Job Description :  The scope of the job includes Preparation of bills of quantity, Estimation, Preliminary cost advice, contractual methods, contractors selection, Cost planning, Valuation, Cost control and post contract management, Value management & Analysis. Manages all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Minimizes the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
