Job Purpose/Scope
This job exists to manage a Partner or a number of Partner Accounts in a given territory
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Partner Account Sales Targets ( Volume and Value )
- Drive Secondary Sales
- Coach and train Partner’s sales teams
- Preparing relevant and accurate reports
- Implementation of Marketing and Trade Marketing activities in the territory
- Merchandising
- Forecasting / Stock planning
- Build and maintain relationship with Retailers
- Champion anti – counterfeit surveillance
- Drive quality management policies in the territory.
- A good first degree
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in FMCG industry
- Key Account Management
- Territory Management
- Negotiation Skills
- People Management
- Presentation skills
- Retail selling skills
- Computer skills
