Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose/Scope 

This job exists to manage a Partner or a number of Partner Accounts in a given territory



Key Responsibilities 

  • Achieve Partner Account Sales Targets ( Volume and Value )
  • Drive Secondary Sales
  • Coach and train Partner’s sales teams
  • Preparing relevant and accurate reports
  • Implementation of Marketing and Trade Marketing activities in the territory
  • Merchandising
  • Forecasting / Stock planning
  • Build and maintain relationship with Retailers
  • Champion anti – counterfeit surveillance
  • Drive quality management policies in the territory.
Qualifications, Experience  of this job vacancy at GlaxoSmithKline
  • A good first degree
  • Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in FMCG industry
