Estate manager is also known and regarded as facility manager, his main role and responsibility includes day to day operational and maintenance task.

Nature of the Job and description at Arik Air
The estate manager will be handling financial forecasting and budgeting.
He will be the one handling planning and overseeing building work and renovation.
The estate manager will handle project planning and management.
He will make sure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.



Required skills & qualifications

The applicant must possess a minimum of first degree in Estate Management or related field.
The applicant must have at least a Minimum of 4 years experience.
