Job Location: Lagos
Job Title: Legal officer

 Job Responsibilities
 He/she will Provide corporate/ commercial and legal advice on all issues.
 He/she will Manage legal process, litigations with respect to business transactions.

 He/she will Analyze and identify legal risks and implications on agreements.
 He/she will Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations.
  Review ongoing court cases and advise management accordingly.
    

Job Requirements
 The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent In Law.
 The Masters degree or professional qualifications in law would be an added advantage.
 Candidate must have been called or admitted to bar.
 Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a leading organization.
