Job Location: Lagos
Job Title: Valuation surveyor

Job Role: Provide high quality professional estate management and valuation service to all clients in order to fulfill the objectives of the company.

Job Responsibilities
 Undertake the valuation of assets in accordance with the instructions of the client.
    Advise on property values and land purchase.
    Prepare valuation reports in accordance with the IVRS and IFRS standards.
    Determine property attributes which affects value and apply those judgment to property within specified market areas to determine market values.
    Keep up to date of industry factors that may impact the real estate industry.
    Conduct feasibility and viability studies for projects.
    Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Company.
    Prepare and present weekly, quarterly and yearly report on valuation executions.
    

Job Education
 B.Sc Estate Management
 NIESV will be an added advantage


Job Experience
 4- 5 years
