B.Sc. Degree (or HND) 2nd class upper in any Science/Social Science related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years post NYSC cognate experience.

Job Requirements 
B.Sc. Degree (or HND) 2nd class upper in Human Resources or a closely related field.
Minimum of 8 years post NYSC cognate experience with 3 years in senior management position.
