The Person: 
B.Sc/HND Business Administration or any social science related courses and professional qualification an added advantage.

1- 2yrs Post NYSC experience on the same position in a manufacturing industry.

Good knowledge and application of labour laws and related laws.

Good negotiating skill

Oral and written communication skill
Excellent organisational & leadership skill

should be 27-32 years of age.
