Job Title: Agency / Facility Management Surveyor

Job Location: Oyo

Job Description
To work across the retails, industrial and office markets alongside property researchers for new business ideas.
To estimate rental values and predict areas of economic / social growth that could impact on the demand for private / commercial space.

To source and acquire facility management briefs
To liaise with all relevant colleagues and bodies for new properties.

Qualifications and Experience
B.Sc in the following discipline: Estate Management, Facility Management, Building Technology.
M.Sc in the following discipline: Town and Country Planning.
3 - 5 years of experience
Membership of professional body is compulsory.
