Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description
The objective of the role is to provide excellent customer service delivery that will attract and retain customers to our stores.


Job Responsibilities
Greet customers with a pleasant smile at the entrance and exit.
Offer baskets and direct customers to the food court/grocery and non-food sections.
Provide accurate information and answer customers’ questions about our products and services. e.g. Products locations, features, pricing etc.
Cross selling/suggestive influence customers buying decisions once they step into the stores.
Increase traffic to the store, and keep tap of the daily customer count.
Greet customers at the exit as they leave the store.
Inform customers about discounts, and special offers
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specification

Experience in similar role with minimum of three years’ experience
OND & BSc holder will be an added advantage.
Experience in the retail or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
