Job Title: Area Sales Associate

Job Expectations
Present purchase and sales offers to sellers and buyers for consideration and Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Carry out property sales and purchase inspections at any given time.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and sales agreements, deeds and leases and or other contracts.
Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles and obtain property information.
Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and also contribute to team's daily sales goals.
Job Requirements
A degree or Higher National Diploma
2-3 years of Property sales experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer services.
High attention to detail
Demonstrated selling skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
