1. Job Title: HR Officer
Activities
- Coordinate with Head of Training/Career and the Career Advisers to ensure that the training and development programmes are tailored to suit the Projects needs.
- Coordinate the mentoring scheme in the Project. In conjunction with Head of Unit, liaise with Heads of - Departments and Line managers to establish training needs of all Nigerian personnel.
- Organize the mobilization, transfer and demobilization of company staff.
- Update the Organisation Chart during the different phases of the project and as mobilization decisions are made by management.
- Administer HR Database : maintenance and verification of system functionality records, input of HR & Admin data for all personnel on the project, prepare and issue reporting and statistics when required.
- Report regularly to the Head of HR / Administration on all related matters.
- Carries out any other assignments as given by the Line Manager.
Qualification / Experience Required
- The applicant must possess Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or related in order to be considered for this vacancy at deep blue energy services limited .
- 5 years relevant experience in HR or administrative role.
- Good command of Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Visio Basic.
- Fluent in English. French is advantage
2. Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Activities
Assess Progress of Usan Hook-Up Phase and evaluate potential carry over at Project team Departure.
Ensure implementation of day to day priority work offshore in coordination with the Construction Supervisor.
Ensure the right level of quality on the worksite and work with Contractor to achieve project requirement with regards to QA. Attend daily meetings and weekly progress meetings.
Evaluate construction issues on the Worksite with Contractor workers and contribute to their resolution at Worksite level whenever possible.
Enforce the Work procedure are properly implemented on the Worksite and promptly report to above level any deviation for further decision to be taken.
Report any issue to Construction Site Supervisor and maintain regular and efficient information to him.
Participate in clarification and responses to Contractor queries and request for waivers issued on the Worksite in accordance with project procedures.
Ensure proper liaison with the rest of the Engineering organization to guaranty adequate coordination within the team for construction activities.
Ensure a proper management of goods delivery onboard the USAN FPSO.
Ensure that activities performed on site in the project perimeter fulfill project HSE requirements.
Report any incident as per Company and Project rules.
Implement with Contractor Site Representative any Risk Assessment of Service Safety Analysis as required by Project HSE procedures
Qualifications/ Experience Required
Minimum Qualification: 2/5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry. Similar position on previous project.
International standards, regulations.
Team work, Technical rigor, Communication, organization.
Use of Pack Office.
Language: fluent English (French an advantage).

3. Job Title: Structural Engineer
Activities
Carry out preliminary and basic structural studies / design in-house.
Prepares data sheets, MTO for flow lines & production facilities.
Draw up structural material class, specifications for material requests to Procurement.
Read and interpret facility engineering drawings, designs and make necessary modifications or recommendations.
Draw up and cross-check relevant procedures, international standards and THE COMPANY\'S technical specifications for studies.
Follow-up Purchase Orders to ensure timely approval.
Control the quality of the deliverables received from third parties.
To check that the design is developed in line with the Pre-Project and the statement of requirements.
Qualifications/ Experience Required
Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. /B.Eng.(Structure) with 2-5 years experience in an Engineering Organization in a similar design position.
International standards, regulations.
Team work, Technical rigor, Communication, organization
Use of Pack Office and AutoCAD with an experience in project specifications could be added advantage.
